1.     104 Washington to Mistral –Purchase & Sale Agreement executed Sept 4, 2020 

2.  Habitat for Humanity:  157 N.   Miller, 162 N. Miller, 187 N. Miller, 139 Johnston, 141 Johnston-to be transferred to Habitat this year

III. Building Preservation/Other

1.  Asbestos Abatement & Stabilization: 128 Dubois in progress – awaiting quotes for 197 First and 38 Lander St
