Newburgh Community Land Bank (NCLB) is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide contracting services for the stabilization of NCLB-owned property located at 128 Dubois Street, Newburgh in the City of Newburgh, Orange County, New York. The selected firm shall enter into a standard contract with NCLB in Fall 2024 to complete the required stabilization work at 128 Dubois Street by Early Winter 2025.
