i.       27 Johnston 43 Johnston -  RFP and RFQ to be released by September 8

ii.     150 Lander- plans to be developed

2.   Church of Holy Deliverance:  37 Chambers/ Lander Street lots- survey ordered for subdivision

3.   RFP 104 Washington- Mistral LLC – selected purchaser 

4.  RFP 143 Washington Release of RFP- due Aug 31

5.  62 Campbell-Release of RFA- due Aug 31

 

 

II. Sales NCLB Development Projects:

1. House to Home 2-Family: 45 Lander – closed August 11- purchaser Terry Brown 

2. Habitat for Humanity:  157 N.   Miller, 162 N. Miller, 187 N. Miller, 139 Johnston, 141 Johnston-to be transferred to Habitat this year

3.  RUPCO-20 properties- closed July 22

 

 

III. Building Preservation/Other

1.  Asbestos Abatement & Stabilization: 128 Dubois and 140 Chambers in progress – adding 197 First and 38 Lander St

2. 44 S. Miller demolition approval

3.  Artist in Vacancy (AIV) update
