2. Habitat for Humanity:  157 N.   Miller, 162 N. Miller, 187 N. Miller, 139 Johnston, 141 Johnston (Acquisition from City of Newburgh Feb 26) – to be transferred to Habitat this year

3.  RUPCO- closing targeted for end of June 

III. Building Preservation/Other
