IV.            Financial Statements-Review Review Per Property Information and Key Metrics monthly financial report.

Discussion: David Potack highlighted error in calculation on the Key Metrics presented to the board. NCLB staff will correct the error to the document.

Resolution: David Potack moves to approve amended March 2016 Key Metrics.
